Escrow has closed on this 135-unit complex, making Park Capitol the fourth acquisition in Warmington Properties’ expanding Utah multifamily portfolio.
Michael “Mike” Ouji joined Warmington Residential in 2019 as land acquisition manager with the primary responsibility of sourcing new land entitlement deals in the Inland Empire. The company was growing and expanding its Southern California Division land team to identify every possible opportunity and acquire new land deals in broad geographic locations.
Warmington has closed escrow on 6.41 net acres in Las Vegas, Nevada, at Warm Springs Rd. and Cimarron Rd. and construction began this spring on the luxury 320-unit Core community of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments ranging in size from approximately 638 to 1,324 square feet featuring upgraded interior finishes.
