Grace Thawley is new Land Acquisition Analyst

As Land Acquisition Analyst, Grace Thawley is supporting the Warmington Residential Southern California land team. Her main priority is sourcing new entitlement and development deals. Through market research and analysis of active leads, she is maximizing the identification of new land deals.

As an acquisition analyst, Grace is passionate about answering key questions like: why do people want to live in certain locations, or what about the small and large-scale socioeconomic and geographical features of properties and their locations make them more or less desirable? She says these questions have a striking connection to her studies as a psychology student at Harvard, where she is finishing her Bachelor’s degree and leading the water polo team as captain.

She joined Warmington Residential’s Southern California division in June and is based in Warmington’s Costa Mesa headquarters. She currently resides in Cambridge, MA, and will return to Southern California after graduating in June. She is a native of Southern California and hails from Santa Ana.
