Bill McReynolds, Warmington’s Director of Land Acquisition for Central California, Los Angeles and Ventura, has been installed as 2022 president of the Building Industry Association (BIA) LA-Ventura chapter. An award and installation gala was held on December 16th in Westlake Village in honor of Bill and the incoming 2022 Board of Directors.
The BIA is one of the state’s largest business advocacy organizations. The organization’s leaders and members advocate for policies that promote and protect appropriate development and redevelopment while supporting safe, healthy, and sustainable growth and measures that assure an adequate supply and range of housing for all incomes and lifestyles, and increase awareness about the importance of housing and those who provide it.
Bill’s extensive knowledge and experience in building and development, along with his many years of active involvement in the BIA and various city councils make him exceptionally well-suited to serve as president. He has participated in the Los Angeles/Ventura BIA in various functions over the last 12 years, has served as the Co-Chair of the Ventura Working Group that deals with specific housing issues in Ventura County as well as sitting on the Government Affairs Committee and Affordable Housing Committees, which focuses on exploring strategies to provide price attainable housing for families at all income levels. Bill has served on the Los Angeles/Ventura BIA Board of Directors since 2017.
BIA-LA-Ventura is one of four chapters – Los Angeles/Ventura, Orange County, Riverside, and Baldy View (San Bernardino County) – that make up the Building Industry Association of Southern California. BIA-LAV is also affiliated with the statewide California Building Industry Association (CBIA).
Please join Warmington Residential in congratulating Bill and the entire 2022 Board of Directors and wishing them a successful, engaging and productive year.
